Super clean, with comfortable beds (good sized double) and friendly accomodating staff who really wanted to assist. Decent breakfast with fruit and both western and asian food. The location is off the beaten track and the hotel has been renamed so some taxis were unfamiliar with it, but we didnt have any problems. Great value for money.

Polite and friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant during breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Good location: coffee shops and restaurants around. It shows that 'here is no wifi', but there is decent wifi in the room. So, it seems that it's a mistake in the description.

Excellent service and kind people working there. A special thanks to ”the guard” or portiere outside the hotel door who was very helpful and always so happy to help you with everything.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were very very helpful. If I ever go back to Hanoi, I am staying at this place again assuming that the place would still have the same hospitality and cleanliness. Amazing people, amazing room. Worth every penny.

We booked a single bed and they gave us a twin bed so they offered us an upgrade. All of the staff were very helpful and nice from going in to checking out.
